Please note: both USPS and UPS have suspended service guarantees.  UPS is more reliable, but neither carrier is offering refunds for missed service commitments at this time due to the ongoing pandemic.

The United States Postal Service is experiencing significant delays at this time.  While we have not seen any lost packages, we have seen delays up to 3 weeks on First Class and Priority Mail packages.  These delays are random in nature and unpredictable.

Therefore, if you are in any kind of hurry, please pick a UPS shipping option.  We ship from Florida ZIP code 33954, see below for UPS ground ship time estimates.  For even faster delivery, pick 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
