All orders ship from Port Charlotte, Florida. Why is Chicago Electronic Distributors shipping from Florida you ask? It is a long story, but rest assured we were founded in Chicago and we are an Illinois corporation. The good news is that the move has had no effect on delivery times.
Orders placed by 2:30 pm Eastern Time Monday to Friday typically ship the same day.
Service Times and Holiday Schedules
UPS picks up and delivers packages from Monday through Friday. Ground shipping depends on how far you are from Florida, and can take up to a week if you are on the West coast. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are your best bet if you are in a hurry. Please note that we do not offer UPS Saturday delivery. UPS holidays typically include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. USPS picks up and delivers Monday through Saturday. For light shipments, First Class Packages are a great value that generally take 2 to 5 business days. Priority Mail is a 2 to 3 business day service, and Priority Mail Express is a 1 to 2 business day service. Tracking, Addressing and Shipping Cost
When we ship your order, we will email the tracking information to you.
You are responsible for entering your address correctly during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for any addressing errors. If we need to re-ship your order due to an address issue, we will invoice you for any additional charges. The "Ship To" address you enter at checkout is the exact address your shipment will go out with. Please make sure your street address is complete. Lengthy addresses may get cut off, so abbreviate where necessary, and don’t enter elements twice.

Freight Forwarders
Orders placed for shipping to freight forwarders will be canceled.
